1 oz fresh lime juice

¾ oz activated charcoal simple syrup

3 dashes Angostura bitters

Smoked rosemary sprig
Method
Shake vodka, lime, and charcoal syrup with ice. Strain into a coupe. Dash bitters across the surface. Torch rosemary and place on rim.

1 oz honey-ginger syrup

¾ oz fresh lemon juice

2 dashes smoked salt

Lemon twist
Method
Combine vodka, honey-ginger syrup, and lemon in a shaker with ice. Shake hard. Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube. Rim with smoked salt and garnish with lemon twist.

½ oz vanilla simple syrup

Blood orange wheel
Method
Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Float a blood orange wheel on the surface.

4 oz ginger beer

1 oz fresh lime juice

2 dashes black walnut bitters

Candied ginger
Method
Build in a copper mug filled with crushed ice. Pour vodka and lime, top with ginger beer. Stir gently. Add bitters and garnish with candied ginger.

1 oz fresh espresso

¾ oz coffee liqueur

½ oz demerara syrup

3 coffee beans
Method
Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice until frothy. Double-strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with three coffee beans.
